Job Interview Preparation Seminar

Can you use some help with your interviewing? Trust me if you are like everyone else you probably can use a little assistance in interviewing. No matter what the experience level you bring to the table your job offer is dependent on how you interview. You need to be the best interviewer in order to secure any position in today’s economy.
I typically give job candidates a little assistance before sending them in for an interview. I do not prep them to the point that they are someone else. I truly want every job seeker to do their best during an interview. Your goal as an interviewer is to get the job offer. You are under no obligation to take any offer but you want to get the offer.

Medical Prosthetic Sales Career (Orange Cty CA)

International healthcare leader is searching for an experienced sales professional for the S. California territory. This territory should be based in Orange Country California and covers S. California and parts NV. You must have 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally healthcare related but my client is open to business to business sales experience. Must have a four year undergraduate degree with an accomplished sales track record. Prior physical therapy, orthopedic or healthcare (including pharmaceutical) sales experience is a plus.
The company offers $50K - $60K base salary and quarterly incentive program with a comprehensive benefit program. First year income will be $90K-$100K. Must be drive, competitive and financially hungry!

Sales Manager Needed for Technology Services Company

International technology leader is searching for experienced sales management professional for a Houston based sales team. Must have 5+ years of proven sales management experience, ideally technology related (technology services, consulting services, software and related products) Must have 4 year undergraduate degree with accomplished sales management track record. Prior experience selling to the gas and oil industry is a plus. Must be able to manage a sales team through hands on leadership. Must be a professional and aggressive. Company offers $200K++ base salary + commission and bonuses with uncapped incentive program and a comprehensive benefit program. Realistic first year income will be $300-350K++. Northern California (N. CA, Wash State, Oregon & Reno =30-40% travel)
Southern California (S. CA from N LA, Orange County to San Diego= 20-30% travel)
Arizona (AZ, CO, UT, NM=30-40% travel)
Must have 3-5 years of proven sales experience with some medical sales background. Ability to build relationships quickly and cover a large territory is a must. 55-65K base salary plus commission, bonus and incentives - and comprehensive auto program. First year $95-$110K++
------Sales Manager --Minneapolis MN
Company sells training material to education market. Must have proven sales management experience selling to education. Must have ability to build and grow sales, sales teams and mentor sales staff. Compensation is flexible. $100-$150K first year earnings.
------Director of Business Development, Chicago, IL
Scientific equipment manufacturer is seeking a Director of Business Development for a remote Chicago location. Must have experience selling into the research industry and have experience developing business, joint ventures, partnerships etc. $150K+
------Sales Engineer, Washington, DC area -open- flexible on location
My client is a document management company and is seeking a Sales Engineer for the East Coast area. Must have experience in the document management industry. $100-$130K
------Medical Surgical Sales Rep (ophthalmology) Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area
Must have 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical industry (ophthalmology a plus) with a proven track record of success. You must have the ability to travel up to 70% covering NC/Virginia and DC. $110K with open commission structure (some reps doing $180K first year).
